Our client in South Grafton, Ma is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper Administrator to support its financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeping professional who is comfortable working independently, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring financial accuracy in a mission-driven organization.


Position Summary

The Bookkeeper Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations. This is a part-time salaried position based on 30 hours per week, offering competitive compensation and benefits.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and process monthly invoicing
  • Keep customer information current and accurate
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
  • Order and maintain office supplies as needed
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Oversee HR-related tasks, including health plan administration and PTO tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable professional experience using QuickBooks
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with basic accounting principles and financial reporting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $52K-$60K
  • Schedule: M-F 9-3 on site
